The right frame that holds the lens broke the very next day
I reached out to the customer care via email about the quality of the lease frame that magnetically sticks onto the meta, and also sent an image of it broken, but the support team never responded, and have the audacity to send out a feedback form. Well, mine maybe a one off defect, but the customer support is ridiculous.

Mount cracked
One day, I was just using my glasses when I suddenly heard a crack — the base holding the lens broke. The magnet fell off, and now I have two magnets instead of three on the left lens, and the part itself is cracked. What can I say… The lenses are undoubtedly good, but the construction that holds them leaves much to be desired. It’s a pity that it can’t be fixed.
