Meta Quest 3 lenses have qualified in multiple industrial qualifications, including steel wool and Bayer test. Meta Quest 3 lenses inserts has abbe number (V-number) up to 40, compared to industry standard of 30. The higher the abbe number indicates lower color dispersion, meaning higher clarity and better color contracts through the lenses.

These lenses made it possible for me to use my Q2 goggles. PRior to this my eyeglasses would get crushed, and my view was distorted because of it. These lenses have a nice AR coating, which helps because I am not wearing the normal facepad.

Worth getting for glasses wearers
Wearing eye glasses inside the headset is a pain so these are a definite advantage in that respect. As they naturally have to operate inside the confines of the Quest 2 then the use of additional framing to support the lenses (held in by just about strong enough magnets) means that you're putting 4 things inside something already cramped.. they've done as good a job as they can but it's not a seamless experience! custy service was exceptional and item arrived perfectly packed. would recommend as an essential upgrade for glasses users of MQ2.
