This is the second pair of lenses I’ve gotten from VR Wave. I wrote to you last week but got no reply. My second pair is having the exact same issues I reported with my first pair. I didn’t get any help to resolve that either.
So, I’m an idiot for giving you a second chance? Maybe.
The problem: Looking forward, the lenses are fantastic. If I try to look at information towards the edge of my screen, it becomes blurred, meaning that I can’t see vital information. Why is this happening? I don’t know but I suspect it’s something to do with the pupillary distances being affected by the lenses’ frames reducing the amount of pupillary adjustment in the goggles.
Is there any chance that you could contact me to try to resolve?
