Meta Quest 3 lenses inserts has abbe number (V-number) up to 40, compared to industry standard of 30. The higher the abbe number indicates lower color dispersion, meaning higher clarity and better color contracts through the lenses.

It is mediocre
They're kind of a pain in the butt to get on, and the quality is not so good. The magnets on one of my lenses was not fully glued in or something because it came out right away. The lenses sit really far away from the built-in lenses so you lose FOV, but I don't think That's vr waves fault.
